## What a booking needs

A booking is confirmed at once: the customer is emailed the details, the meeting link and a calendar invite. Answer each question from what the customer told you: the answers decide how the business follows the booking up, so never copy the examples' values.

- What to book: Optional: this business has one kind of meeting. If it lists more than one, give the slug of the one wanted as items: \[{"slug": "\<a slug from services\>"}\]; a request names exactly one meeting, once.
- The customer, `name`: required: the customer's full name, at most 120 characters
- The customer, `email`: required: an email address, at most 320 characters; the confirmation and the meeting link are sent to it
- The customer, `phone`: optional: a phone number, at most 50 characters
- The customer, `time_zone`: optional: an IANA zone such as "Europe/London"; the confirmation then shows the customer's own clock too
- Business name (step 1): required, text. Text on one line, at most 120 characters. Answer id: `business_name`. Example: `"Analytical Engines Ltd"`.
- Website (step 1): optional, url. A web address, at most 300 characters; "example.com" and "https://example.com" are both fine, and only http and https are accepted. When there is none, answer exactly "We don't have one yet". Optional: leave it out when there is no answer. Answer id: `website`. Example: `"analyticalengines.example"`.
- What kind of business is it? (step 1): required, select. Exactly one of these strings, copied character for character: "Auto detailing or tint", "Home services", "Health, beauty or wellness", "Professional services", "Restaurant or hospitality", "Something else". Answer id: `industry`. Example: `"Professional services"`.
- How many people work in the business? (step 2): required, select. Exactly one of these strings, copied character for character: "Just me", "2 to 5", "6 to 20", "21 to 50", "More than 50". Answer id: `team_size`. Example: `"Just me"`.
- Who decides on new tools like this? (step 2): required, select. Exactly one of these strings, copied character for character: "I do", "I decide with a partner", "Someone else does". Answer id: `decider`. Example: `"I decide with a partner"`.
- Where is it costing you? (step 3): required, multiselect. A list of from 1 to 3 of these strings, each copied character for character and each at most once: "Calls we miss or can't answer", "Slow replies to new leads", "Back-and-forth to book appointments", "Chasing invoices and payments", "A website that doesn't bring in work", "Hours of admin and data entry". Answer id: `pains`. Example: `["Slow replies to new leads","Hours of admin and data entry"]`.
- Anything else we should know? (step 3): optional, longtext. Text, at most 1000 characters; line breaks are allowed. Optional: leave it out when there is no answer. Answer id: `notes`. Example: `"We lose leads that message after hours."`.
- When do you want this fixed? (step 4): required, select. Exactly one of these strings, copied character for character: "This month", "In the next three months", "We're just exploring". Answer id: `timeline`. Example: `"In the next three months"`.
- What monthly budget feels right? (step 4): required, select. Exactly one of these strings, copied character for character: "Under $500", "$500 to $1,500", "$1,500 to $5,000", "More than $5,000", "Not sure yet". Answer id: `budget`. Example: `"Not sure yet"`.

## Limits

- Reading the card and times: 60 a minute from one network address.
- Bookings: 10 an hour from one network address.
- Bookings by agents: 30 a day for this business in all.
- One request for times may span at most 14 days.
- A time can be booked at most 60 days ahead.

A request over a limit is answered 429 with a Retry-After header.

## Cancelling

Cancel with the booking's manage token. A request still waiting is withdrawn, and a booking the business confirmed at once is cancelled; a booking the business has approved or taken in hand must be changed with the business, and the answer says how to reach it.

## Endpoints

- `GET https://book.enhancedint.com/enhanced-intelligence/agent`: the business card, as JSON
- `POST https://book.enhancedint.com/enhanced-intelligence/agent/times`: the open times that fit what is being booked
- `POST https://book.enhancedint.com/enhanced-intelligence/agent/book`: book one of them
- `GET https://book.enhancedint.com/enhanced-intelligence/agent/bookings/{reference}`: check a booking, with the token the booking returned
- `POST https://book.enhancedint.com/enhanced-intelligence/agent/bookings/{reference}/cancel`: cancel it, with the same token
- `GET https://book.enhancedint.com/enhanced-intelligence/agent/openapi.json`: the OpenAPI description of all of the above
- `POST https://book.enhancedint.com/enhanced-intelligence/mcp`: the same, as an MCP server
- `GET https://book.enhancedint.com/enhanced-intelligence/agents.md`: this page, as Markdown
- `GET https://book.enhancedint.com/enhanced-intelligence/llms.txt`: llms.txt for this business

## Example

Ask for the open times, then book one of them. These bodies are built from this business's own services and show the exact shape; their values are examples, so use the customer's own. The OpenAPI description is the authority.

```
curl -s -X POST 'https://book.enhancedint.com/enhanced-intelligence/agent/times' \
  -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
  -d '{
  "items": [
    {
      "slug": "discovery-call"
    }
  ],
  "from": "2026-10-06",
  "to": "2026-10-12",
  "windows": [
    {
      "start": "2026-10-06T08:00:00-07:00",
      "end": "2026-10-06T13:00:00-07:00"
    }
  ]
}'
```

Then book one of the times it returned. Send your own `idempotency_key`: a fresh random string for each booking, 32 to 255 letters, digits, dashes or underscores (a UUID without hyphens is right), never a counter or a word. The example's is a placeholder the door refuses.

curl -s -X POST 'https://book.enhancedint.com/enhanced-intelligence/agent/book' \
